Our client is a well established major manufacturing and engineering organisation that is now expanding its activities to meet the growing demand for its products. The company produces high quality pumps and valves for the Water, Oil & Gas sectors. There is now an immediate requirement for this key position.
This appointment will be responsible for overseeing the machine shop activities for a whole range of CNC machine tools, 2, 3 and 5 axis machines, as well as for a wide range of conventional machine tools.
It is essential to have had at least 5 years in CNC machine shop management. There must also be a detailed understanding of all aspects of CNC machine tools plus cutting tools expertise, programming and the capacity to deal with wide range of practical problems.
