With every new assignment we also try to visit our clients premises in order to have a discussion to enable us to complete an Appointment Specification. This document will contain all the specific information of the appointment required by our client including the key areas of duties, tasks, responsibilities, conditions of service and other important facts.
A letter will also accompany the Appointment Specification and will have details of our fees involved with the assignment
All suitable candidates will be interviewed and assessed. Full candidate reports will then be submitted complete with our recommendations.
Additional advice and support is also provided at all stages of the selection process.
