Held every two years, in different venues around the globe, the World Foundry Congress is an established event attracting a large number of senior foundry professionals from around the world. In 2006 the Congress takes place in the UK and will be hosted by the Institute of Cast Metals Engineers.

The Foundry, Furnaces & Castings Expo will run alongside the World Foundry Congress and will provide an important exhibition for those wishing to find out about the latest developments in the international foundry and cast metals industry.

The Expo attracted independent visitors to view the latest technological developments and information from the three key sectors of the industry; general foundry equipment, metallurgy plant and castings suppliers.
