Who we are
Building on many years international experience within the foundry and engineering industries, de Belder Associates Ltd was established in 1998 by Derek and Philip de Belder. Its mission … to provide a uniquely qualified search and selection recruitment service that would match the changing needs of an industry that was becoming increasingly global in its structure and outlook.
The head office is located near Manchester, England, where the company directors are supported by a specialist team of administration staff and researchers whose role it is to identify and short list the most suitable candidates from a worldwide market place.
With the increasingly global nature of our operation, we are making plans for expansion and presence in a number of key countries and regions, including: mainland Europe, India, China, Brazil and the USA.
